Summary: The Omni-Channel Brand Manager will oversee the seamless integration of cohesive brand strategies across the wholesale channel with a focus on digital tools and activation. Their role involves analyzing consumer behavior, utilize data to personalize experiences, and collaborating with cross-channel teams. By fostering a consistent brand identity and leveraging integrated strategies, the Omni-Channel Brand Manager aims to enhance customer satisfaction, drive engagement, and strengthen brand conversion.
Essential Functions (include but not limited to): The essential functions of an Omni-Channel Brand Manager involve strategies across digital and physical channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. This includes driving ecommerce best practices, digital product management, and activating brand storytelling to optimize brand engagement. Additionally, the Omni-Channel Brand Manager will drive innovation, and champion a customer-centric approach to enhance Bedgear brand performance within the wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and implement solutions to achieve omni-channel excellence across the wholesale channel and key retail partnerships.
- Serve as an omni-channel and e-commerce consultant, providing guidance and expertise to retail partners.
- Utilize technology-driven solutions to enhance and streamline the consumer journey.
- Lead the digital product development process and roadmap.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office
Education/Experience/License Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, omni-channel marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the wholesale or retail industry.
- Experience working with retail partners to implement omni-channel strategies that drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation within brand management strategies, leveraging technology to enhance omni-channel experiences.
- Ability to adapt quickly to industry trends, retail partner needs, and emerging technologies.
- Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and retail partners.
- Experience serving as a consultant or subject matter expert for partners, with a focus on driving innovation and enhancing consumer journeys.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze consumer behavior and data to develop personalized marketing strategies and solutions.
- Experience in leading digital product development, including ideation, roadmap creation, and cross-functional execution.
- Expertise in optimizing brand storytelling and engagement across multiple digital and physical touchpoints.

Ability to prioritize effectively and operate efficiently; use sound judgment to make rational decisions; ability to recognize opportunities and evoke change where applicable; must be objective v. subjective; strong follow up skills; intrapersonal skills; excellent communication skills; attention to detail and process orientation; problem solving skills; must have thorough understanding of company’s confidentiality agreement.
Sensory Requirements: Should have working use of hearing and vision with or without the use of corrective lenses/hearing aids to be able to read paperwork, work on a computer screen for an extended period of time, and frequently speak on the phone.

Language Skills: English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension). Knowledge of an additional language(s) is a plus!
Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic and algebra
Reasoning Ability: Solid understanding of branding and marketing communications strategies and tactics; excellent planning and problem-solving skills with limited resources; ability to effectively prioritize and project manage multiple assignments at any given time. Ability to use judgement to make important decisions.
Work Environment: Indoor office environment most times.
