Hours Available: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM EST (30-minute lunch break)
FLSA Class: Exempt

Salary Range: $53,000 - $70,000 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and facility operations. This role does NOT include responsibility for manufacturing operations, however, will act as liaison to expedite problem resolution. Requires expertise in optimizing inventory management, streamlining order fulfillment, shipping/receiving processes, and maintaining an efficient, organized, and safe working environment. Manages warehouse staff effectively, ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, and collaborates across departments to meet business objectives. 


Essential Functions (included but not limited to):

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, material handling, storage, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
  • Validate efficient processes that optimize warehouse workflows and improve productivity.
  • Ensure all facility activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental/safety standards, while fostering a culture of safety awareness.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and implement best practices to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance team culture with clear expectations for productivity and quality.
  • Track key warehouse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, logistics, manufacturing, and maintenance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, coordinate with external vendors for recycling, waste removal, and facility services.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring all tools and machinery are in optimal working condition to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Implement and oversee warehouse management systems (WMS) and software tools to enhance tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operational best practices.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
  • English literate and proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
  • Must be able to move constantly, quickly and efficiently to fulfill job duties.
  • Must be willing and able to submit to pre-employment and random drug testing
  • Must be able to pass all safety training tests
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including non-temperature-controlled production areas.

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience with a track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate employees.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and shipping/receiving logistics.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, including OSHA compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
