Job Summary:
The Manager, eCommerce & Digital Experience is responsible for managing the performance, optimization, and day-to-day commercial execution of BEDGEAR’s direct-to-consumer website. This role oversees digital merchandising, promotional implementation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience enhancements to ensure a high-performing online storefront. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and Design teams, the Manager translates campaign strategy and product positioning into effective digital execution that supports revenue growth and customer engagement. While this role directly influences DTC performance, long-term digital strategy and full P&L ownership remain at the leadership level.
Essential Functions (included but not limited to):
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), revenue per session, and checkout completion rate.
- Manage homepage hierarchy, product prioritization, and seasonal merchandising updates to optimize customer journey flow.
- Execute bundle configurations, cross-sell modules, and upsell placements to improve attach rate and AOV.
- Implement promotional updates across homepage, PDPs, category pages, cart, and checkout experiences.
- Develop and manage the A/B testing roadmap in partnership with marketing leadership.
- Identify funnel friction points and coordinate UX enhancements to improve conversion and engagement.
- Oversee front-end optimization initiatives in collaboration with Shopify.
- Maintain working knowledge of Shopify themes, applications, integrations, and QA best practices.
- Align landing page experiences with Paid Media campaigns to ensure consistency and conversion optimization.
- Coordinate promotional timing and execution with Lifecycle & Retention teams.
- Maintain rigorous QA standards across pricing, promotions, product content, and site updates.
- Support product launch readiness, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution accuracy.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of DTC ecommerce operations and performance drivers.
- Experience managing digital merchandising and homepage strategy.
- Shopify platform knowledge (themes, apps, integrations) required.
- Experience collaborating with developers and overseeing QA processes.
- Shopify theme development experience (Liquid, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) preferred.
- Knowledge of CRO methodologies and A/B testing platforms.
- Ability to analyze web performance data (GA4 or equivalent).
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of commercial impact.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or DTC operations.
- Experience managing Shopify storefronts strongly preferred.
- Experience in consumer products or retail brand environments preferred.
