Job Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing innovative, high-quality visual solutions that support BEDGEAR’s brand identity, marketing initiatives, and retail experience. This role translates business and marketing objectives into cohesive visual concepts that strengthen brand storytelling across multiple channels, including marketing collateral, packaging, in-store graphics, and trade show environments. The position requires a balance of conceptual thinking and technical execution, ensuring all creative materials are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and consistent with BEDGEAR’s brand standards.
Essential Functions (included but not limited to):
- Develop graphic design solutions across all customer touchpoints—both digital and print—including performance and brand advertising, packaging, marketing collateral, in-store graphics.
- Develop in-store graphics, signage, and point-of-purchase displays that highlight product performance and drive retail engagement.
- Create packaging, hangtags, and labels that align with brand standards, retail guidelines, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams to design trade show booths, event environments, and visual experiences that bring the brand to life.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, accuracy, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Contribute innovative ideas and design concepts that enhance BEDGEAR’s B2B presence and B2C reflect the brand’s performance-driven identity.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate creative quality and impact.
- Support additional creative initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Skills:
- Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office. *MAC OR PC platforms*
- High-level proficiency with various creative software and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); experience with AfterEffects is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to learn and master AI tools.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.
- A keen eye for detail, color, composition, and typography, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency.
- Knowledge of printing processes and materials, ensuring the feasibility of designs for production.
- Familiarity with retail and trade show industry trends, and visual merchandising strategies.

Strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, packaging, and promotional campaigns. 
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or performance/lifestyle brands.
