Hours Available: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM EST (30-minute lunch break)
FLSA Class: Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $18.82 - $24.00 per hour (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing key warehouse operations across multiple functional areas, including Receiving, Picking, Special Projects, and Fulfillment. This role provides daily leadership to warehouse associates, ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory is handled properly, and operational standards are upheld. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for cross-training team members, maintaining workflow efficiency, and supporting management with scheduling, safety initiatives, and process improvements.
Essential Functions (included but not limited to):
- Cross-train and actively participate in all warehouse operational areas: Receiving, Picking (E-commerce, LTL, Small Pack), Fulfillment, and Special Events/Projects.
- Lead day-to-day operations by assigning tasks, coaching team members, and ensuring KPI goals are met across all functional areas.
- Perform inventory cycle counts, audits, and quality control checks to maintain inventory integrity and shipment accuracy.
- Ensure the orderly flow of materials through warehouse departments to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Support equipment troubleshooting (e.g., sewing machines, fiber blowers) to maintain operational readiness.
- Track and document hourly production metrics using spreadsheets and warehouse management systems.
- Promote a positive safety culture by enforcing safety procedures, including pre-shift equipment inspections.
- Communicate daily production goals, schedules, and performance expectations to the warehouse team.
- Act as a departmental lead in the absence of warehouse supervisors, ensuring consistent operations.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by warehouse leadership.

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
- English literate and proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Must be able to move constantly, quickly and efficiently to fulfill job duties.
- Must be willing to work mandatory overtime when needed
- Must be willing and able to submit to pre-employment and random drug testing
- Must be able to pass all safety training tests
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including non-temperature-controlled production areas.
Preferred:
- 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or shipping roles
- Prior experience supporting e-commerce or event-specific logistics is a plus
- Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is a plus.
- Prior experience handling a large number of SKUs (10K+).
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
