Salary Range: $71,250 - $121,600 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

About the Position:

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance channel management across Paid Social and Paid Search (SEM) for BEDGEAR. Working closely with our agency partners and internal teams, this person will help lead the digital marketing strategy for paid media and manage everything from campaign setups through to execution and reporting. The role will require strategic thinking and planning, as well as a high-level of execution, putting together weekly reports, collaboration, and owning the ongoing success of both BEDGEAR.com.

Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

  • Develop, deploy and optimize channel strategies on Paid Social, specifically Facebook, Instagram and TikTok advertising
  • Own the end-to-end creative ideation and development process for paid social partnering closely with internal content and creative teams
  • Report out channel learnings and test results with actionable next steps to internal stakeholders, both cross-functional and to senior leadership
  • Partner with internal teams including analytics, brand, creative, product and retention to optimize and grow paid digital channels
  • Manage reports and analysis on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to generate insights, calculating robust KPIs and understanding how metrics affect and drive each other (CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV)
  • Manage and partner with external agency to set and maintain daily channel budget and performance, making recommendations on scalable opportunities and pullbacks along with forecasting and future planning
  • Leverage marketing data tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to provide insights and report on channel performance in a concise and clear manner
  • Contribute to landing page ideation in support of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing with ad copies, landing pages, images, and more
  • Monitor market trends for paid search including new software and tools
  • Assist with other marketing projects/assignments as necessary

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma/GED;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, business management or closely related field is highly preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking/listening, comprehension)
  • 4+ years of experience in paid media with at least one year of experience managing an agency
  • Experience managing monthly paid media budgets over $100k
  • Deep expertise in most search and social channels (programmatic is a bonus), with awareness and knowledge of others (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google & Google Shopping, etc)
  • Working knowledge and experience with various digital marketing and analytics software such as Google Analytics, Tableau and others.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Must be willing and able to work on-site @ Our House in Farmingdale
