About the Position:

Summary: Responsible for the raw aesthetic creation, development and manipulation of non-print creative services as assigned by the creative director.  Effectively and efficiently utilizes the company’s internal and external resources (including self) to deliver quality photo and audio/video projects.
 

Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

  • Develop digital media photos, 360’s, and video content of unconverted and converted vehicles
  • Shoot product photos, following brand guidelines.
  • Work with creative director on lifestyle photography.
  • Scheduling models, hair/makeup (when needed)
  • Scout talent & shoot locations (when needed)
  • Maintain an organized and tidy studio
  • Maintain the care and upkeep of photo gear and supplies
  • Coordinate with internal staff to share imagery
  • Able to give direction and work with other studios / photographers or freelancer
  • Edit, Re-touched, re-size and color correct photos.
  • Create high-quality edited images and videos for digital and print use
  • Maintain image standards for ongoing company use
  • Shoot and edit short video contents in-house
  • Shoot and edit training videos in house

SKILLS
 

  • Strong knowledge of photography & lighting
  • Experience in digital product photography required
  • Retouching skills to improve the quality of images and prepare for web
  • Proficiency with Adobe products, primarily video and image editing software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premier Pro
  • After Effect is a plus
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Minimum 3 years working experience.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Works well with deadlines
  • Extremely organized


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time (land and air)


Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty or equivalent working experience
  • 3+ years in video production
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of various video production/creative software

Reasoning Ability: Customer, marketplace, and product knowledge; strong esthetic sense; highly organized, detail oriented, and accurate; ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; creative collaboration; ability to work both independently and in a team; working knowledge of audio/visual equipment and software.

Sensory Requirements: With or without use of corrective lenses or any other visual aid, must be near and far-sighted to be able to inspect and review visual materials in print and digital. Must have full color vision. Will be required to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.  With or without use of hearing aids, must be able to engage in verbal communication (both in person and on phone) with team and outside parties.

Environmental: Job operates in a clerical office setting. Fast-paced office, highly collaborative and creative environment.

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills-Excellent grammar, diction and syntax. English proficiency required, bi-lingual *plus*

Mathematical Skills: Budgeting; arithmetic and algebra. Retail math a plus.
