Schedule: Friday & Saturday 10:00am - 9:00pm (30 min lunch + 2 short breaks), Sunday 11:00am - 8:00pm (30 min lunch + 2 short breaks); may need additional availability on occasion for special holiday promotions etc
Salary: Base salary DOE + bonus tied to sales goals

Description: As a showroom experience team member, you are creating an EXCITING and UNIQUE customer experience on one of world's largest retailer's showroom floor!  You'll be tasked with utilizing CURRENT and INSPIRING new ways to engage with the guest and in-store sales team to create BUZZ, and leverage purchasing power for our BEDGEAR brand.  You'll EDUCATE and EMPOWER the sales team with the knowledge that they need to offer the benefits of our goods, and encourage a positive interaction with BEDGEAR and the end consumer.  This retailer is extremely high-volume and needs someone who is high-energy and has a PASSION for customer service, guest interaction and INNOVATION.  At BEDGEAR, we inspire health and wellness through our product line and our team culture.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):

• Engaging with the guest to provide them with an unforgettable interaction including product education, fittings, and benefits.
• Inspire in-store sales team through product knowledge, customer care and interactive demonstrations.
• Work with in-store team to promote our brand, increase sales, and provide open communication between BEDGEAR and store managers, merchandisers, and sales team.
• Create brand awareness through maintaining our product assortment, display integrity and guest interaction.
• Ensure sales goals are met for store location
• Host pillow fitting workshops 
• Stay apprised of BEDGEAR inventory within shop
• Reporting of store performance
• Assist in development of site promotional plans
• Assist with special events as brand champion and assist additional duties as requested

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US

• High-school Diploma or GED

• English Proficient (reading, writing, speaking/listening, comprehension)

• Must have personal vehicle and valid drivers license to run local errands if needed

• Must be available for weekend/holiday retail hours as dictated by schedule

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

• 3+ years in retail sales (experience within home furnishings or lifestyle brand is highly preferred)
• 2+ years customer service
• Understanding and sensitivity to visual merchandising
• Proven ability to retain large volume of detailed product knowledge
