We are looking to hire enthusiastic individuals who are customer focused to join our team. You will provide first-class support via phone and email to sales directors, representatives, and our retail partners.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality output. You will be organized, confident, and motivated by providing the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Accurately process orders and perform order changes as requested whilst efficiently coordinating with the appropriate Distribution Center.
• Provides exceptional customer support by acknowledging customers the same day; if there is an issue that must be dealt with, it is resolved with the appropriate parties immediately.
• Analytical in your search for unusual requests or inaccuracies which can include incomplete case quantities, incorrect pricing, incorrect SKUs or shipping address inaccuracies etc.
• Eager to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and to assist with additional projects as requested.
• Works collaboratively and effectively within a team of peers. Maintains a positive, constructive attitude in the workplace.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
• English proficient (reading, writing, speaking/listening, comprehension)
• 3-5 years of order entry (EDI preferred, RMA preferred)
• Customer service experience preferred
• 65+ wpm typing speed with extreme accuracy

Sensory Requirements:

Should have working use of hearing and vision with or without the use of corrective lenses/hearing aids in order to be able to read paperwork, work on a computer screen for an extended period of time, and frequently speak on the phone.

Environmental:

Indoor climate control, pleasant temperatures. In the event a visit to the factory floor is needed, the temperature heavily reflects outdoor temperatures as there is mild climate control within factory.
