Salary Range: $25.00 - 30.00/hour (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

Job Summary:

The Events & Tradeshow Coordinator supports the execution of company tradeshows, events, and showroom experiences across all B2B channels. This early-career position plays a key role in logistics, planning, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution. The coordinator works closely with the Tradeshow & Events Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure every detail aligns with brand standards and delivers a seamless experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel (up to 35%) to support tradeshows and events.


Essential Functions (Included but not limited to):

  • Assist with the planning and execution of all tradeshows, events, and showrooms (B2B).
  • Support project timelines, task lists, and calendar management for event deliverables and deadlines.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics, asset tracking, and inventory management for event materials, displays, and product samples.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Logistics teams to support brand presentation and customer experience.
  • Assist with vendor sourcing, contract coordination, purchase order requests, and payment tracking.
  • Facilitate the creation of tradeshow materials, including booth graphics, signage, giveaways, and handouts.
  • Support on-site setup, execution, and teardown at tradeshows, events, and markets.
  • Assist with data collection, photography, and event recaps to document learnings and results.
  • Maintain organization of event storage areas, inventory lists, and shipping documentation.
  • Support continuous process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives across tradeshows and events.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Must be willing and able to work on-site in Farmingdale office when not traveling
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, or project administration (internship experience accepted).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and participate in physical event setup when required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time for tradeshows and events.
