Job Duties (including but not limited to):

• Accumulate and organize financial and non-financial data that will be used to report on company activity and position
• Create and run reports for various levels of management in various departments
• Create budgeting and forecasting models
• Distribute and manage budget information to managers
• Create process documentation to support financial planning and analysis
• Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
• Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Establish financial and operational KPI’s and compare to industry trends
• Serve as the go-to person for questions/issues regarding GL’s, financial statements and operational reports
• Assist in the creation of KPI’s for both financial and non-financial activities
• Develop dashboards (desktop and mobile view friendly)

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
• Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
• English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
• Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel (VLookup, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Access

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field is highly preferred though equivalent working experience may be considered
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive business intelligence experience
• Experience within a manufacturing company providing reporting and analysis for sales, marketing, and operations
• Experience with wholesaling to retailers; freight billing, commissions, rebates
• Experience with international business
• Experience with NetSuite *Preferred*
