Hours Available: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm EST (1-hour lunch break)

Salary Range: $65,000 - 90,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

Job Summary:

The Product Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in connecting BEDGEAR’s innovative performance bedding products with consumers through strategic storytelling, data-driven insights, and seamless go-to-market execution. This role supports the entire brand portfolio, leading initiatives that bridge product development, marketing, and sales to ensure every product launch and lifecycle phase drives awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

Working as an individual contributor, the Product Marketing Specialist will partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, Sales, and Brand Experience teams to bring products to market effectively, communicate their unique value, and measure their success in market. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and analytical—with a passion for understanding both products and people.


Essential Functions (Included but not limited to):

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Support the planning and execution of product launches across channels, ensuring clear positioning, consistent messaging, and alignment with brand and sales strategies.

  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive and consumer research to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform product positioning and marketing decisions.

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product narratives and ensure messaging consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.

  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain product collateral, training decks, and sales tools that help internal teams and retail partners communicate BEDGEAR’s product advantages.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Development, Brand Marketing, and Merchandising to translate technical product details into benefits that resonate with customers and sales teams.

  • Packaging & Pricing Support: Collaborate on product packaging updates, pricing strategy, and promotional alignment to ensure market competitiveness and brand consistency.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing sales trends, consumer feedback, and market data to inform future product and marketing strategies.

  • Process Optimization: Help improve internal workflows related to product communication, launch tracking, and sales enablement documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related role—preferably within consumer goods or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, product positioning, and competitive analysis.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.

  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM, analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Teams, Asana, or similar).

  • Ability to interpret and leverage data to support recommendations and decision-making.

  • Passion for innovation, performance, and enhancing consumer experience through great products.
