Summary: The Influencer Marketing Manager will manage the Influencer Channel to connect the BEDGEAR brand with targeted social media influencers to promote their content, products and stories online. The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying, implementing and managing influencer strategies to assist in the achievement in our digital marketing and eCommerce objectives.


Job Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Use research, competitive analysis, brand standards, and your knowledge of social media best practices to formulate an effective influencer marketing strategy and roll out plan
  • Compile campaign targeting for a specific audience, social media platform and budget
  • Recruit, book and manage collaboration with influencers and brand ambassadors on paid and earned media campaigns
  • Coordination of proposals for services needed to execute influencer marketing strategies
  • Evaluate effectiveness of existing influencer campaigns and strategies
  • Operationalize and establish processes for scaling the Influencer marketing practice
  • Drive innovative short-form content strategies across all social mediums: video, motion graphic, animation, still and text
  • Stay informed on platform and legal updates. Ensure the team is compliant across all legal requirements, privacy, brand and platform restrictions.
  • Lead all aspects of timelines and onsite operations, content collection, approvals and timely posting of all influencer content.
  • Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US

• High-school Diploma or GED

• English Proficient (reading, writing, speaking/listening, comprehension)

• Ability to travel up to 10% of time

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years as a social media specialist or influencer marketing manager representing a company brand account on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Must be able to create, implement and manage influencer marketing budgets
  •  Expert knowledge of various social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc
  •  Must demonstrate ability to work with influencers to build channel-specific strategies and negotiate successful agreements between brands and influencers
  •  Must be able to identify, interpret, report and communicate key performance metrics, indicators and influencer marketing trends to colleagues and executives
  • Base knowledge of industry standard pricing for influencer hires
  • Has the ability to provide big picture strategic thinking, vision and insights to drive big ideas and initiatives
  • Be able to take direction and be open to feedback and constructive criticism
  • Passion for working in a creative and analytical environment
