Salary Range: $75,000 - 100,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and highly organized project manager to oversee installations and light construction jobs across our retail environments. This person will coordinate crews, manage timelines, and ensure each job is executed with precision, safety, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment—someone who knows how to find the right people, get the right materials, and make sure the job gets done right the first time.
Essential Functions (Included but not limited to):
•Plan, schedule, and oversee all retail installation and light construction projects from start to finish.
•Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time completion.
•Source and qualify new tradespeople, installers, and service partners as needed for regional jobs.
•Review drawings, specs, and installation plans to ensure alignment with brand standards and site requirements.
•Oversee on-site setup, quality control, safety compliance, and cleanup.
•Communicate progress updates and resolve any issues that arise in real time.
•Track project costs, materials, and labor to maintain budgets and improve future estimates.
•Maintain clear records of installations, vendor contacts, warranties, and completion photos.
•Work closely with the design, retail operations, customer support, sales & sales support, and logistics teams to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and site readiness.
•Travel as needed to oversee key projects and verify site completion.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, retail installations, or facilities project coordination.
- Strong understanding of light carpentry, electrical, signage, and fixture installation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in various locations simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage both contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Skilled in reading blueprints and using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday, or similar).
- Hands-on attitude—willing to roll up sleeves and get on site when needed.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally.
