Job Duties (including but not limited to):

       •    Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies

  • Directs technological research by studying organization goals, evaluating user needs and system functionality, strategies, practices and user projects.
  • Provide support for multimedia presentations, live events and video conferencing
  • Completes projects by coordination of resources and timetables with user departments and data center
  • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems/evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
  • Assess, troubleshoot and problem solve all IT/Multimedia needs including new hire set up, software/hardware installations, upgrades and repairs; or selects and manages outside vendor for helpdesk
  • Develop, implement and maintain user and security policies and compliance
  • Provide advice and expertise to senior leadership on new systems, software and services to support business growth
  • Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
  • Manages projects; gather information, plan, execute, evaluate

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US

• High-school Diploma or GED

• English Proficient (reading, writing, speaking/listening, comprehension)

• Ability to travel up to 15% of time

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • 5 years+ IT experience managing/supporting an office environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT, Multimedia or related field
  • “Tech Savvy” and a passion for the industry-experience with a variety of server side technologies, databases, and framework
  • Reasonable understanding of content and social media publishing platform
  • Knowledge of latest industry trends in desktop, mobile and video platform development
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superb problem solving ability, with a knack for technical innovation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Strong project management experience
