Summary: Continually maximizes sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned territory by effectively delivering brand message, and selling products/goods offered.
 
Scope of Work:
  • Generate leads by researching and analyzing territory/market potential customers
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy
  • Maintains a well, up-to-date knowledge of all products offered by the company
  • Generates phone calls and in-store visits and presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Establishes, develops, and maintain business relationships with customers within territory
  • Maintain an understanding of customer needs and communicate with corporate(product development, marketing, etc)
  • Assist in the follow-up and communication with customer on order status, satisfaction, etc
  • Participates in sales forecasting and planning
  • Participates in tradeshows and conventions
  • Train retail sales representatives on selling process and benefits of product lines
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of account management *Consumer goods highly preferred*
  • Experienced in sourcing out prospective clients
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of increasing sales in retail setting
  • Ability to maintain a wealth of product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to curate a merchandise assortment and sell-in
  • Ability to train and motivate others
  • Dynamic, versatile, and self-starter
